The photos on this page are of original Phase I of Villa Lagoon which was completed in 2004 as a studio/office/guesthouse. Photos of Phase II will be posted as the project progresses. The original structure is 600 sq.ft and located close to the East property line in this aprox. one acre, narrow lot. The new building will be a separate structure situated close to the West property line, with space between the two to allow for equipment to work on the bulkhead at the waterline in future years. The two structures will not be connected unless we have to for insurance purposes.
