Unique Characteristics of the DAC-ART Building System & Villa Lagoon

Lower utility bills - a patented energy efficient technology-based interior double Styrofoam liner system conserves both heat and air conditioning.
Reduces cost of construction by eliminating drywall and siding - the blocks alone serve as interior and exterior walls.
Reduces maintenance cost - virtually maintenance free…forever!
Eliminates the cost of exterior and interior painting because the color is cast throughout each and every block.

Unique Concrete Acid Stain Frieze
This waterfront home is to have a feature
typical of the Venetian residences on the Lido, the beach resort island
of Venice. Concrete acid stain will be used to create a polychrome band
of fanciful decoration on the surface of the row of blocks just under
the cornice. As far as we know, no one else has taken advantage of the
permanent nature of the new concrete stains to add this type of
decorative charm to a building.
Phase I Villa Lagoon looking
towards the south and Little Lagoon. This structure will be used as the Guest
House. New Phase II will be on the same one acre residential lot,
located west of the original structure. There will be adequate space between
the two structures to allow for heavy equipment for eventual waters-edge
bulkhead maintenance.
